Strong language is more attractive to web visitors. Avoid using passive language if you want your visitors to take action upon browsing or landing on your website.

Make It Time Sensitive

When you make your CTAs time-sensitive, people are more likely to respond immediately. Give them a reason to call right now either by saying that the promotion is being offered for a limited time only or because there will be more discount when they call straight away. People are more likely to do the action you are persuading them to do when they are faced with a time-sensitive situation. Since they most likely are interested to make an appointment with you, the decision to sign up will be easier if there’s a limited-time discount offer.

Make The Forms Easy To Fill Out

Customers get scared away by forms that ask too many personal information. Make the forms simple and easy to fill out. Ask only the most basic of information such as their names, their email addresses, and their phone numbers. You don’t really have to know their addresses since you’re not going to visit their homes. All you need is a way to contact them (either their email address or their mobile phone number) to remind them about their appointments.
